Line Balancing Algorithm for RMG Sector
- Developed an Excel VBA-based line balancing algorithm for GMS Composite Knitting Ind. Ltd., improving production efficiency by 14%.
- The tool is extensively used by GMS Composite, the largest RMG facility in Bangladesh, employing over 17,000 workers.
Particle Sifting Machine
- Designed and built a particle sifting machine during a course project.
- The machine was later adopted by BUET’s Foundry Lab for sifting mold sand in casting processes.
